THE TEAM

RICHARD SMITH

Richard Smith

Richard Smith started in 1994 working in rural supplies with CRT in Alexandra before coming home to Gore in 1999 to take up the manager's role which he held for 15 years.

Richard has also worked in animal health as well as insurance and brings a different aspect to the rural servicing industry.

His passion for rural supplies resulted in starting his own business with Brendon.

Richard enjoys putting a deal together for clients and giving them options not offered elsewhere. His experience means he recognises where to get best value for money products.

Richard is married to Rachael and together they have three children

BRENDON BAIN

Brendon Bain

Brendon Bain grew up in West Otago, managing a 8500 stock unit sheep and beef farm for 11 years.

Looking for a change, he moved to Kaiwera and worked as a Technical Field Rep.

From there Richard and Brendon built their own rural supplies business.

Brendon’s strengths are animal health, seed and chemical, and will add value to your business because of his first-hand experience in the sheep and beef industry.

Brendon is married to Elinor and they have two boys. He is on the board of trustee's at their school and is involved in the Eastern Northern Barbarian's rugby team.
